Who's behind this
We measure things for a living. This is the DM door.
Social DMs 63 is operated by Code63 Labs, a small US build shop with one house rule: verified at the source, or it doesn't get asserted.
Code63 Labs builds measurement and response systems for local businesses. The pattern behind this door surfaced in attribution work for a specialty practice: thirteen months of traced inquiries showed that response, not source, decided outcomes — fast-engaged inquiries booked at triple the rate, and even the ghosted ones closed at 67% when someone finally engaged them. The channel didn't matter. The answering did.
Social inboxes are where that finding bites hardest, because the platforms multiplied faster than anyone's job description — five front doors, no doorkeeper, and senders who can watch the silence happen. So this door exists: the measurement discipline, pointed at the inboxes.
What we can show you
- The measured findings — the numbers on this site come from a real engagement's records (anonymized; it's their data, we did the measuring), labeled as such, because honesty about evidence is a habit.
- A working demo of our measurement dashboards on realistic fictional data — email for a walkthrough link.
- This site's own machinery — the assessment, scoring, report and booking are systems we built and run. Take the assessment; you're test-driving the workmanship.
The rules we work by
- Estimates are labeled estimates. Measurements carry timestamps. The difference is the product.
- Prices are published. $500 discovery, builds from $2,500.
- No invented proof. No fake testimonials, no stock-photo team, no statistics we can't source.
- The AI is named. Report analysis is written by Claude, an AI model, from your answers — it says so in every report.
