Grouped by where you probably are. Anything missing — the email in the footer reaches a human.
Understanding it
Are DMs really worth treating like a sales channel?
The people messaging you found your business, chose it, and typed — that's higher intent than most paid clicks. In a live business we measure, engaged inquiries closed at 67%. The channel feels casual because the interface is casual; the money in it isn't. The free score takes three minutes.
How many DMs are we actually missing? I genuinely don't know.
That answer — "I don't know" — is the most common one, because messages scatter across apps with no unified count. It's also itself the finding: an unmeasured channel can't be managed. The assessment asks what you know; the first fix’s baseline counts what actually arrives and what happens to it.
People can just call us if it's important.
Some will. But the sender picked their channel deliberately — often BECAUSE they didn't want a phone call — and asking them to switch channels mid-decision sheds exactly the people who were deciding. Meeting the message where it arrived costs less than the customers the redirect loses.
Is this a social media management service?
No — we don't post, run ads, or grow followings. We measure what happens when customers MESSAGE you, and fix that specific machinery. Content is marketing; answering is revenue operations. This is the second one.
Is my business a fit?
Who is this for?
Local businesses whose customers naturally message them: med spas, salons, fitness studios, boutiques, restaurants — anywhere the DM button is a real front door. If people message your business and revenue depends on answering, it fits.
We only get a handful of DMs a week. Worth it?
At low volume every message is a bigger share of your pipeline — and low PERCEIVED volume is often an artifact of unwatched platforms. The free score costs three minutes; the first fix’s baseline will tell you the real arrival count, which is frequently the surprise.
Our followers are mostly not local — DMs seem like noise.
The measurement separates that: test messages arrive as real local customer inquiries, and the baseline tracks what THOSE receive. If your inbox noise is drowning your inbox revenue, that's a routing finding, not a reason to ghost the locals in the pile.
Do you need our account passwords?
No. We message from the outside, like a customer — that's what keeps the measurement honest. Any build work that later needs access is scoped separately, in writing.
How it works
What's in the free assessment?
Ten questions: business type, message volume, platforms, what happens after hours, response speed, check frequency, quiet-thread follow-up, ownership, customer value. You get a 0–100 score, four axis scores worst-first, and a written report with a monthly cost estimate from your own numbers.
Who writes the report?
The written analysis is produced by Claude, an AI model, from your answers and computed scores only — every claim traces to something you said. The scoring is published, deterministic math. We name the AI because it's true.
What does the $500 first fix actually involve?
One week, three parts. Days one and two: your inboxes baselined — timed test messages across your real platforms at different hours, per your written permission, timestamped at the source. Days three and four: ONE fix from the menu built and running — the coverage alerts, the saved-reply kit, the off-hours responder, or the thread sweep, whichever your worst axis picked. Day five: the before/after in writing, with a 30-day re-check included.
Will test messages confuse whoever answers our DMs?
They read as normal inquiries — measuring the system as it really runs is the point. None book real appointments, and every probe is identified to you after the window closes.
Money, after, and objections
Why pay $500 when social tools have free trials?
A tool trial tests a tool, and at the end it wants a subscription. The first fix measures YOUR system — every platform, every hour, with timestamps — then installs the one repair it calls for, in your voice, on your accounts. You end the week with coverage running, not another trial expiring.
What do full builds cost?
From $2,500, quoted in writing from your first fix's before/after, scoped to where your ghosting actually concentrates. The floor is published because hidden prices waste everyone's time.
What happens after I get my score?
You have the report and the estimate. Strong score — keep it, you're done. Leaking score — the report's next step is the $500 first fix, booked and prepaid online in one step. No sales sequence.
How do I know you won't inflate findings to sell a build?
The first fix leaves something installed either way, so "your inboxes are covered" is a finding we can afford to hand you. Every finding carries timestamps you can check. Estimates and measurements are labeled separately in writing — padding would show.
Never heard of you. Why trust you?
Don't — verify. The score is free and shows its work. The $500 first fix is measured against timestamps you can inspect — baseline and after. Every step is sized so you're never trusting us past the evidence in hand. Who we are: about page.
